Yay! We're so thrilled you've chosen Milk & Honey to be part of your special celebration.
Before placing your order, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.
General Terms for Online & In-Store Purchases
1. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully made and you have received an official confirmation email from us.
2. All online orders are for in-store collection only.
3. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Kindly present this email when collecting.
4. We do not offer refunds on any orders—whether in-store or online. If needed, bookings may be rescheduled (see below) or a gift card may be issued at our discretion.
5. Orders may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the required collection date. For custom cake or cupcake orders, we require at least 2 weeks' notice to reschedule.
6. Custom cake or cupcake orders cannot be exchanged for other items such as cookies, brownies, or other Milk & Honey products.
7. Once your order has been collected, responsibility for the condition of the product lies with you or your representative. Please ensure cakes are transported and placed on a sturdy, level surface in a cool environment. Milk & Honey Cakery will not be held liable for any damages occurring after collection.
8. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy. It is your responsibility to inform your guests and Milk & Honey Cakery cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
9. Orders not collected on the agreed date will be held for 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee freshness or availability. Uncollected orders may be disposed of with no refund or rescheduling.
10. All cakes and treats are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, design, or detail. While we aim to stay as close as possible to reference photos or design briefs, slight artistic variations may occur.
11. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control (such as load shedding, supplier shortages, or illness), Milk & Honey reserves the right to reschedule your order or issue a full credit note.
12. By placing your order, you give Milk & Honey permission to photograph and share your product on our social media platforms. If you prefer us not to share, please let us know in advance.
13. All issued gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in-store or online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Shipping Terms (for Nationwide Cookie Orders)
14. We ship out orders on Mondays to Thursdays to ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 12PM on Thursdays will be dispatched the following week.
15. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Please note that we rely on third-party couriers, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, public holidays, or courier backlogs).
16. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Milk & Honey Cakery is not liable for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
17. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched. We recommend monitoring your delivery to ensure someone is available to receive it.
18. We take great care in packaging our cookies to arrive fresh and beautiful. However, once the parcel leaves our hands, Milk & Honey Cakery cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit.
19. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to the depot or left at the recipient's risk. Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier is unable to deliver.
20. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
Website Use & Product Availability
21. Milk & Honey reserves the right to adjust prices or update product availability at any time, without prior notice.
22. While we aim to keep our website running smoothly, Milk & Honey Cakery does not guarantee that the website or its functionality will be error-free.
23. By using our website, you agree to do so at your own risk and indemnify Milk & Honey from any liabilities arising from the use of the website or the purchase of our goods.
