A simplified retail-first format
Our kiosks are retail and finishing operations, not full manufacturing kitchens. The central Johannesburg kitchen supplies the core dessert range, while franchise teams focus on customers, coffee, cake shakes, warm cookies and brownies, ice cream and the complete Milk & Honey experience.

Premium dessert kiosk | Johannesburg | Retail and finishing model
The estimate includes the franchise fee, kiosk build, equipment, refrigeration, opening stock, training, lease and legal deposits, working capital and contingency. Final costs will depend on the approved site and final specifications.
Hands-on leadership
An owner-operator or committed business leader who will remain actively involved in the franchise.
Financially prepared
Access to the required investment capital and sufficient working capital for the launch period.
Customer focused
A genuine commitment to warm service and creating a memorable Milk & Honey experience.
Operationally disciplined
Willing to follow Milk & Honey’s systems, product standards and operating procedures.
