Shipping Terms (for Nationwide Cookie Orders)
We ship out orders on Mondays to Thursdays to ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 12PM on Thursdays will be dispatched the following week.
Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Please note that we rely on third-party couriers, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, public holidays, or courier backlogs).
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Milk & Honey Cakery is not liable for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched. We recommend monitoring your delivery to ensure someone is available to receive it.
We take great care in packaging our cookies to arrive fresh and beautiful. However, once the parcel leaves our hands, Milk & Honey Cakery cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to the depot or left at the recipient's risk. Re-delivery fees may apply if the courier is unable to deliver.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
