Delivery Guidelines

Our Delivery coverage

We deliver within a 35km radius

Delivery Dates and Times Our delivery service runs 7 days a week from 10:00-17:00pm.

Delivery times will be scheduled telephonically. Our team will contact you on your preferred delivery date to confirm a time. 

What products are available for delivery?
All our celebration cakes. All gourmet cupcakes booked within the 48 hour window period. All products on our “Book for tomorrow menu” All products on “Today’s menu”.

Confirmation of orders

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by you. Delivery Charges are calculated based on Area. Rates are not dependent on the amount spent.

Delivery Protocols

Our drivers deliver daily from 10:00-17:00. Delivery drivers are required to deliver only to the address specified at checkout. Drivers are not permitted to deliver to alternative locations.
Please ensure a recipient is available to receive your order and undergo our handover process to verify that the order is delivered in good condition.
Products damaged due to transit must be confirmed at handover by the driver and the recipient, documented by the driver and a call logged in before the driver leaves.
Store management will contact the customer directly to arrange fair compensation.
Drivers are not trained to unbox products.
Orders are deemed completed at handover and thereafter the responsibility of caring and storage of the products will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Whilst we will attempt to deliver all orders timeously, please do bear in mind that factors such as weather, traffic may impact our time frames which will be communicated telephonically.

By completing your purchase with payment you confirm and agree to the terms of conditions of our delivery service use. Please note there is a no refund policy on our products.
